After 6 years of working in Business Research and competitive intelligence, Kalyan quit his job early 2008 with the intent to do something significant in the larger scheme of things. He traveled across India for a few months - saw places, met people , and learned things. He observed that there's an abundance of good intentions across the country, but not all intentions turned into optimum tangible results. The potential was incredibly tempting. What drove him to explore further, was the question - what if we create a way for every good intention to lead to a great result? The experiences during the journey helped him refine the idea of what InteGreater is now. The name itself is based o the theory - all this apparently random, are actually, gradually INTEgrating into the GREATER one, and implies the need for diversity (in terms of functional & domain expertise, and experience) in the solution process.

Kalyan knew a little bit about what needed to be done, when he met Vineet in Delhi, in March’09. And Vineet, with his wealth of experience, knew how to make the idea possible. It was as if the two approached the same idea from one end each and met mid-way.

Vineet did his masters in business administration from IIM Ahmedabad, and an advanced management program from IMD, Switzerland. He is in a senior management role with a multinational consumer goods company. Over the course of his career he has travelled to 25 countries.

InteGreater is based out of Gurgaon, India, but its mission to build a happy planet has no geographical boundaries.
